Creative Inverclyde’s has released details of its next Assembly event in September, with the social enterprise securing MadeBrave founder, Andrew Dobbie as its principal speaker.
Assembly#02 will take place on Thursday 5 September 2019 at The Albany in Greenock, with the popular creative networking nights now having reached over 250 creatives since its launch in March 2019.
Andrew Dobbie founded MadeBrave in 2011 with £1,000 of personal cash and a two-week-old baby – very brave, and as everyone knows, bravery always pays off. A photographer and graphic designer by trade, Andrew has 18 years’ experience in the creative industry.
MadeBrave is a creative brand agency based in Glasgow, Edinburgh and London. Through its talented team of designers, strategists, developers and digital marketers, the business is responsible for some of the most creative campaigns, branding, websites and social content of the past decade.
Earlier this month, MadeBrave announced it had won a significant account with Tenant’s Lager owner, C&C Group.
Creative Inverclyde Co-Founder, Craig Black said:
“We are delighted to be able to secure someone of the calibre of Andrew Dobbie to come to Inverclyde to share the MadeBrave story to inspire our community.
“Andrew knows the area well and has hired many Inverclyde creatives through MadeBrave, so this event will be a fantastic environment for creatives to learn, share and network.”
Creative Inverclyde will also be continuing its ‘spread the word’ feature, giving anyone the chance to grab the microphone and share any events or opportunities coming up.
The second half will focus on networking opportunities for creatives to make new connections and recognise opportunities within the Creative Inverclyde community.
Tickets are limited to 100 and can be found here.
