Succession Wealth Celebrates Tenth Anniversary with Customer Day at Gourock Golf Club

Succession Wealth (Gourock) has celebrated its tenth annual customer day, as well as celebrating the organisation’s tenth anniversary.

The event, which brings together employees, associates, clients and friends took place on Friday 9 August at Gourock Golf Club (GGC).

Founded in 2009, Succession Wealth is the UK’s leading independent wealth management and financial planning business with its Inverclyde office at Kempock Place in Gourock.

The business has over 600 dedicated staff located across a range of Succession Wealth offices throughout the UK.

Following a wet start to the day, the morning’s play took place in the Development Studio at GGC, where Succession Wealth is the main sponsor, with players enjoying the outstanding simulation facility.

As the sun began to shine, the players took the chance to enjoy nine holes on the immaculate golf course.

There were several awards announced during dinner, as well as a donation of £1,200 from the MacDonald & Co Charitable Foundation to Inverclyde Juvenile Pipe Band, collected by Pipe Major – Gordon McDermid.

Reflecting on the event, Regional Partner, Robert MacDonald said:

“This is always a special event, and we are delighted to celebrate our tenth anniversary at Gourock Golf Club by bringing our community together.”

Over 20,000 individuals, families and corporations entrust Succession Wealth with over £8bn of their assets.

The Gourock Location is also about to start an expansion of its current premises to grow across two floors.

Robert continued:

“We’d like to thank Derek Watters (Club Professional) and all of the staff at Gourock Golf Club for their support in making the day a success as well as Tony and Kyla from ICE for their excellent hospitality.

“Most of all we’d like to thank our loyal clients, friends and family for their continued support and as the business expands, we look forward to welcoming new clients as we build towards the next decade.”
